Terms and conditions
Nevercold International (Business ID 0926109-8, address Hiltusenkaarre 19 A, 90620 OULU FINLAND) sells products to companies and individuals of legal age to Finland only. These terms of delivery are applied to your ordering from our web store and to the deliveries as well.
These terms of delivery are valid as from November 5th, 2019. We have the right to change these terms of delivery unilaterally from time to time so please go them through each time and before you order from our web store.
Products and prices
The characteristics and the prices of the products in our web store are presented in each product presentation. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products and delivery expenses so please check the above amounts in the shopping basket before you accept the order. The prices of the products include the value added tax (VAT) and you can see the amount of VAT in the shopping basket and in the order confirmation.
Delivery expenses
The amount of the possible delivery expenses depend on the method of delivery chosen. The amount of the delivery expenses (if any) will be added automatically to the total amount of your order and you can see the amount of the delivery expenses (if any) in your shopping basket before you accept your order.
Available delivery methods
You can choose between two different delivery methods:
MATKAHUOLTO: Delivery to Matkahuolto office, Matkahuolto representative or Matkahuolto pick-up point according to your choice. Delivery costs €5.90/order. No delivery costs are charged for orders worth more than €60.
CUSTOMER PICK-UP: Pick-up in Nevercold International's warehouse, address Hiltusenkaarre 19 A, 90620 OULU. No delivery costs are charged. Prior to pick-up please contact Nevercold's customer service by phone +358 50 5555 834. Be prepared to prove your identity when picking up.
Between October 27 and November 5, 2023, the delivery method "TOIMITUS UKRAINAAN" (=DELIVERY TO UKRAINE) applies to delivery lots of 20 pairs, 40 pairs, 120 pairs and 320 pairs of Nevercold hand warmers. Products ordered using this delivery method are delivered directly to Ukraine by nine Finnish volunteer organizations (FinEst Volunteers ry, Kaivo Espoo ry, Konkreettista apua ry, Lion Defence Team ry, Omri ry, ProAid Network ry, Suomi-Ukraina Maanpuolustusyhdistys ry, Ukrainan maanpuolustuksen ystävät ry, Your Finnish Friends ry). No delivery charges are charged for these orders, and there is no right to cancel, exchange or return the orders. Please note that you cannot get the warmers you buy using this delivery method for yourself, but all the warmers you buy will be delivered to the participating organizations who will transport them directly to Ukraine.
Order and contract
You can order the products in our web store by adding them in to your shopping basket and by accepting your order and by paying it in the payment cashier. When ordering in our web store we require you to read and accept our terms of delivery valid at the time of ordering. You must understand that your accepted order confirmed by us (except to the extent as the cancellation right below may be applied) is binding and will form together with these terms of delivery a contract between us.
Payment
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in our web store and selectable in the shopping cart. Klarna Checkout enables payment by invoice, part payment, payment card and direct payment through the bank. You can choose the payment method that suits you best. Order confirmation
After your successful order we will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail, so please make sure that you provide your e-mail address when making your order. In the order confirmation we also confirm your method of payment. In case, due to an unexpected circumstance, we cannot accept your order, we’ll inform you promptly.
Delivery
We will deliver your order via the delivery method set in our web store chosen by you when ordering.
Our typical delivery times to Finland are 1-3 working days, depending on the order and the method of delivery. If the delivery time is clearly longer than this, we will notify you by email as soon as we are aware of the delay.
Cancels and returns
If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act by notifying your cancellation to us at the latest 14 days after you have received the goods, or the last lot of the delivery, or if it is a question of regular deliveries of goods at the latest 14 days after you have received the first shipment.
You must make your notification of cancellation clearly for example by using our cancellation notification form, by sending your notification to our e-mail address set out below, or by a written notification attached to your return delivery of the goods.
The right to cancel applies solely to unused goods, and the goods returned shall respectively be set in their original package, be unused, and be well packaged for the return delivery. If the returned product has been used in violation of the buyer's duty of care stipulated by law, the seller has the right to charge a reduction in value up to the full price of the product, including return costs.
If you cancel your order you have to return the goods promptly and at the latest within 14 days after the cancellation notification, to the Return Address mentioned in these terms below. If needed you have to evidence that the goods are returned within the above mentioned return time (e.g. by showing the return receipt).
All returns must be made using Matkahuolto's return service. Proceed as follows when returning:
- Package the products to be returned, e.g. in the packaging in which they were delivered
- Put your name and contact information on a piece of paper inside the package for the refund
- Take the package to Matkahuolto's office, agent point or pick-up point
- Tell them that it is a return shipment and mention Nevercold's Matkahuolto return number 9505390
- Hand the package over to the clerk
There is no need to put Nevercold's address information in the package, as it is automatically printed on the package card based on the above-mentioned return ID. The package is then returned to Nevercold via Matkahuolto. The returner does not incur any costs for the return. Once we have received and checked the products to be returned, we will refund the purchase price via Klarna.
NOTE: Simply not picking up the shipment is not considered a canceling the transaction. In these cases, we charge the customer all the costs that have been caused by returning the undelivered shipment to us.
Inspecting the delivery
Please inspect the delivery received promptly upon receipt. If a product is missing or damaged during the transport or if the delivery is otherwise not as you have ordered or if there is defect in the product, please notify this to our Customer service promptly and at the latest within 14 days so we can agree how to correct the situation. Regarding defects related to products ordered by consumers we adhere to the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection legislation.

Limitation of liability
Nevercold International shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or other damage related to or arising from the order, delivery or the product, except to the extent as otherwise stipulated by the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law or by the mandatory provisions of other applicable law.
Disputes
In case of any dispute regarding your order we wish to settle such primarily with you. So please contact our Customer service in such matters so we can try to settle the question.
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.
Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
